It’s simple. You’ll create a Salesmate account and add as many users as you’d like. You’ll have unlimited access to all Salesmate features. After 15 days, you could pick a monthly or annual billing plan.
You can invite your teammates to join your Salesmate trial account. In fact, this is the best way to make the most out of your trial. Just click on the “invite teammates” on the getting started steps.
If you haven’t purchased Salesmate before the trial ends, and you need a little more time to complete your evaluation, just let us know. We’re happy to extend to your trial.
Make and receive calls/texts in Salesmate by purchasing local and toll-free numbers starting at $1.1/month. Once you enable the phone feature, you can always top up your credits. Check calling rates / SMS rates.
The applicable Fee is charged in advance on monthly or annual payment intervals. All Fees are non-refundable (user subscription, voice credits, etc.), i.e. there are no refunds or credits for periods where the Client did not use an activated Account, used it only partially, or deactivated the Account or terminated these Terms during an ongoing payment interval. If, after signing up, Client elects to upgrade to a more expensive Plan, the unused portion of any prepaid Fees shall be applied to the Fee of the more expensive Plan.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For annual payments, we can issue invoices and accept POs. A credit card is our preferred mode of payment. We also accept bank transfers only for annual subscriptions exceeding USD 500. Any or all fees, charges, taxes towards such transactions to be borne by the purchaser.
